Inspired to make a Move

I've been using Fitocracy as my fitness tracking service for a very long time. I love the social aspect, and the design at the time was one of the best available. I still think UX wise it's got some improvements over others, but over time it's quality has just dropped.

I can no longer save workouts correctly, the client hasn't been updated for iPhone X screens ( which, it should have already been updated to use iOS's autolayout years ago, but that's just how long things have been declining ) workout availability is off and on, and the lack of a way to add custom exercises has always been a major flaw.

So now, I've decided to take all my data and move onto my own tracking service. I'll probably open it up to the public and I'll try to get feedback / make improvements, but since this is a solo project it'll likely be slow moving. That being said, I'm pretty excited to start this project.

I started working on a scraper this morning, once I'm all wrapped up I'll try to add a blog post on how that goes.
